Occupancy Check-$50
– Includes driving by property to determine status of tenant, leaving your
contact info, inspection to determine if utilities have been turned off and
photos to support our decision.
Dispossessory
Proceedings-$250
– includes filling out paperwork, filing paperwork with the court and attending
the court proceeding
Tenant Removal-$475
– Includes a minimum crew of 4 people up to 2 hrs, changing up to 4 locks, and
photos. Any additional time needed will be charged at $150 per hour.
Debris Removal-Varies(FREE Estimate) – Prices vary due
to amount of debris left at property. Estimated price is $25 a cubic yard
(3’x3’x3’).
Winterization-$250
– Includes freeze inhibitor poured into drains, shutting off water supply to
house, drain hot water heater, close all vents to crawl space, notices posted
and
this price also includes a return trip (once rented or sold) to reverse the
process and make sure plumbing is in working order.
Rent-Ready Condition-FREEQUOTE– includes a quote to get
your property back to rentable condition. This quote will include a minimum
cost, optional recommendations
and photos.
